Rulon is my favorite American wrestler for life I dont get how he isnt worshipped in the streets in America and they arent greco super power after his legendary win, I have one of his 23 year old homecoming t shirts, autographed... Its my lucky training shirt so I will never get an injury

Kennedy Blades only girl in history to win an IKWF State Title (Illinois Kids Wrestling Federation.)
Its 1 of the hardest kids wrestling tournaments in the country, she has trained with Mike Winklejohn, Jon Jones, Michelle Waterson, Holly Holm, Clay Guida, etc.
Wrestles internationally aswell as for Arizona State University rn, would love to see her eventually make that transition.
Recently posted a video on her instagram of hitting mits with Mike Winklejohn at Jackson Wink MMA.

Nice man yeah the Americans are smart with those headgears, it really doesnt matter, the whole tough guy ear thing everyone thinks it looks cool but even before my ear was messed up I used to throw some guys around who had real bad ears and mine were fine so clearly there is an element of getting your ears like that on purpose to look cool, but I dont like how it damages your hearing, and good luck if it builds up and your ear comes apart you have a serious problem then
You should go train at a seniors freestyle or greco club if thats possible, I know folk basically ends after school sadly.... My friends dad a 10 time greco national champion in the Balkans used to keep fighting and winning even though he was older in his 30s cause his skills and drive were so high level. Also there is veterans divisions when you really get up there in age for the old dogs ha
