Prediction Comments
Predictions: 8 of 12 Winners, 2 Perfect, 465 Points | Tied for 837th
JJ Aldrich, DEC
I get why Viana is such a big favourite. Powerful girl with grit and aggression, which in the womens divisions, especially 115, is a great marker for success. JJ Aldrich is excellent at movement and playing the outside, I can see her trying to extend the fight and being unavailable for Viana's strikes. I can definitely see Viana getting a clinch and overpowering her to an earlier submission, but personally I see the most likely scenario as Alrdich UD with great movement and jabs.
Santos vs. Holland
Thiago Santos, TKO, R1
He's going up against an athletic young guy with threats, and Santos has been KO'd recently. However I think it's too much too soon, not really confident at all but when a guy hs lost to 170'ers and faces a guy like Santch at 85', you have to go with Santch.
Munhoz vs. Johns
Pedro Munhoz, SUB, R2
They are such similar fighters stylistically, it's a great matchup. I'm glad to see the odds have come backt o earth and people realise Johns isn't that great. The aggression and combos of Munhoz expedite a finish imo. Aljo was happy to play flash on the outside, both guys will want to move forward to have success and that is why I think we see a finish.
Simon vs. Jackson
Ricky Simon, DEC
Really tough to call this one. I'm going with Simon only due to variety and output, I think Montel could get stuck waiting for the right shot. Simon leaves himself open though so I can also see him getting countered early and montel proceeding with confidence to take the fight.
Kang vs. Ramos
Kyung Ho Kang, DEC
I think Kang can play the lanky game with Ramos. Ramos doesn't really push a pace and Kang hsa enough tricks to play the game strking. Not sure I agree with the line, the spinning back elbow wasn't a high percentage shot and he was losing that fight. Happy to be proven wrong but I just see Kang being able to get more off.
Moraes vs. Sayles
Sheymon Moraes, TKO, R2
Not really going on much for this one.
Taylor vs. Zhang
Danielle Taylor, DEC
Taylor is tough and powerful. I can see some top position blanketing.
Vera vs. Buren
Wuliji Buren, DEC
This is the most out there pick of the card for me, and I can absolutely see why Chito is the heavy favourite. Honestly I agree with that in many ways but like the Aldrich fight, I can see the beastmaster taking the UD. He has that spazzy athletic go get em' style an dI think it matches up poorly with Chito. Chito is a wait and see kinda guy, and I can see him just getting outdone in 2 of 3 rounds. I think Chito is the better fighter but I can see a UD for Buren so i'm going with my instinct on this one, even though Chito seems the obvious choice.

2 new champs imo
Predictions: 4 of 12 Winners, 0 Perfect, 230 Points | Tied for 1660th
Tj vs cody - Cody 1st round ko/tko
Would love to see tj win but, I see cody ko'ing him 1st round via a fast left and right hook combo and tj wobbling eating the left but the right hurting him bad and cody will follow up with hammerfist and ref will stop the fight.
Dj vs henry - henry 1st round ko/tko
Would love to see the dj vs tj superfight but, I see henry ko'ing him 1st round via right check hook, they will be in the clinch and everybody will be like the knees again, but henry will disengage and throw either a heavy left or right check hook catching dj and sending him limp, horrible looking ko.
Im the same guy that exepected dc to win via ko 1st round, for tj to ko cody in the first fight and rose to ko joanna, so yeah I predict these things. Oh yeah and conor to ko jose aldo.

Garbbrandt, TKO, R2
Cody will show tonight that he learned the lessons from their last fight and break the rematch curse.
Johnson vs. Cejudo II
Demetrious Johnson, SUB, R3
Can't see how Cejudo can win.
Swanson vs. Carneiro
Renato Carneiro, DEC
Cub showed nothing in his rematch with Edgar. I'll take Moicano
Viana vs. Aldrich
JJ Aldrich, DEC
Why is this on the main card????!!!!!!
Santos vs. Holland
Holland, TKO, R2
Santos is no good going backwards, if Holland can press forward, he can win.
Munhoz vs. Johns
Pedro Munhoz, R1 KO/TKO
Munhoz is a fast started with plenty of power. Think he might stop it early..
Simon vs. Jackson
Ricky Simon, DEC
Merab tested Simon. I expect he will have improved. Wouldn't be surprised if he gets a finish.
Kang vs. Ramos
Kang, SUB, R1
