On paper the styles match up great, but when it really comes down to it Perry is going to be way too strong and hard hitting for Felder.
Felder I know is frustrated by getting fights canceled, but he really should have stayed at 155. He's gonna get KTFO.

Time to see what perry has learned at Jackson-wink. Perry has a ton of natural fighting talent, so hopefully with that move, he can get to the next level. I'm not saying that will be enough, but with his size advantage, it should be. But felder is a NASTY striker. I like this fight more than the two that it replaced.

Going to agree with Alias completely and I'll add that Paul is simply way too much of an orthodox thai fighter to not get blasted by Perry's Boxing. Iaquinta would have torched him, and Perry is going to.
I still don't think Jackson's is the right place for him. AKA would have been a better fit. Jacksons specializes in turning their fighters into decisionators, but Perry cannot and will not ever be able to fight optimally that way. He will always be going against his grain. Whenever he lets loose he melts people, whenever he fight cautiouly and wait for an opening he gets beaten up and loses decisions. He's very much like Masvidal in that department.

Decision
Felder's fights with Pearson and Trinaldo give me pause. Technically speaking he's better, probably faster, chins are pretty close, power is close. I don't like how Felder can fall into the pace his opponent is setting, if that happens to be a brawl Perry has an advantage there. Felder is going up a weight class but he's a huge LW and maybe it gives him more speed and cardio.

I think perry isnt using his ground work enough. In the brief time that he has had top control he does damage. I think his best chance at a finish is either a sub when felder's hurt, or top control finish.
