There are some options if things go well such as Jon Jones or Daniel Cormier if he wins. Plus the list of heavyweights in the UFC and Frank Mir even threw his name in there for a trilogy.

In the world of McGregor v Mayweather, Greg Hardy, CM Punk fighting...twice, there is an argument. Money. Money beats morality and sense at the moment for the UFC. I despise both but I wouldn't mind the fight because I'm guaranteed at least one will suffer. Mmm delicious schadenfreude.

We're just going to disagree because to me CM Punk fought as a publicity stunt, Conor vs Floyd was a joke, wasn't even in MMA where it belonged, Greg Hardy nobody cares about that creep. Jones vs Brock is a weird fight for "muh money tho" when it's not clear "money fighters" like if CM Punk has brought many eyes to the sport. CM Punk is actually an argument against "money fights" along with Greg Hardy who will likely flop and not gain steam because of what a thug he is. I will agree that at least Jones vs Brock makes more sense then the rest of those examples.
