Nate Diaz vs GSP in the works.for UFC 227

Another moneyweight circus fight that I'll watch via illegal stream. And after that whole cherry pick shoehorn title fight against bisping ( which GSP cliams he took to ' challenge himself before subsequently fleeing from the sport rather than face Whittaker) I sincerely hope Nate punches ten shades.of **** out of him for a bloody, late-stoppage TKO.

@Greg GSP will never take a fight against Covington or any of fhe young upper tier fighters. I am surprised b he's even taking a fight with Diaz TBH, but I'm also not, because it's the highest profile most money fight he can take for the least risk. He's in it at this point to collect cheques and to feed b his ego.

The only upside to this fight is that it won't be for a belt. If he does win at least he won't be able to hold a division hostage by fighting once every two years like he did his entire career.

He lookedmlike a pile of **** against Bisping. I highly doubt he has the cardio, speed and reflexes to deal with Nate.

Jody I was being.dramatic with the two.defenses per year thing and that was an atrempt to satirise his penchant for fighting basically whenever he felt like it. He was more active in the earlier part of his career but became less willimg to defend with successive defenses. Which is kind of what every long standing champ does to be fair.

This fight won't be at WW I believe.It will be at LW.

I'll grant you that Nate's TDD isn't stellar at only 46%, but again--what is GSP going to do when he gets him there? He's not subbing Nate, and he's not.TKOing him, so the most likely scenario.is that he exhausts himself in Nate's guard and.possibly gets subbed doing so and definitely gets sliced up. GSP basically got cut to pieces by Bisping in that position.

I completely disagree with your assessment that this fight wouldn't be competitive.If you are thinking of the GSP that fought Nick then yes, it wouldn't be. We're not talking that GSP; we're talking about a guy five years older who has undergone multiple surgeries, has.colitis and who gassed in two rounds in his last fight. Before that one he got the **** beaten out of him and.was gifted one of the worst split decision.wins.I.have seen in MMA.

GSP can only win this fight by decision.

He is only good.for.three rounds.max, and that's based on the idea that he will not be more.depleted at LW than he was at MW, which is extremely unlikely.
