That's very short-sighted, of course he's going to fight again, he could still make money fighting in Europe or somewhere else like they do in boxing. You're crazy if you think he's going to serve serious time or get a felony, I would bet real money on that with you that not only does he fight again but Dana will be on his nuts again in a few months or so. Money talks in Dana's world.
Look, you and a lot of people are very emotional about this, I get that, he did a dumb thing. But he will obviously fight again, he literally fought last year so maybe you should clarify when you say "he never fights" I really don't wanna be that guy defending anything he did here. I do think however, that people are getting a little too heated when it doesn't affect them in the least and he didn't step on a puppy or anything.
Not really interested in an argument about this though, we all agree this was dumb as hell.

He he didn't fight last year. Last year, he was carried through 9 rounds of boxing by a 40 year old man who hadn't fought in early three years, who hadn't knocked out anyone in ten, has shot hands and who trained for the fight by ice skating and eating Burger King. And he lost by TKO. Despite being half his opponent's age and outweighing him by at least 20 pounds.
Fight? No.
A work.
That's what that was. Meanwhile back in MMA ranked fighters had to stand around with their ***** in their hands so that the golden goose could fight an exhibition match for a "money weight" belt.

If you think that Floyd would have beaten Crawford last year I've got a bridge to sell you. Nothing about that fight was competitive. Floyd didn't even try to box and put a bet on himself to win by KO/TKO within ten.
If you think it wasn't a work you're a rube or have no experience watching pro boxing.

It's almost like you've never seen floyd fight, it's weird, that's how he always fights, starts off slow and picks up the pace round by round and looks best in the later rounds.

Don't think it was a work, but Floyd definitely carried Conor. That's not an outrageous thing to claim considering that high-profile boxers done that in the past, not in fights where the stakes were high and both boxers were high level though.
The skill disparity between Floyd and Conor was big enough to let Floyd decide the flow of the fight.

Conor's stupid antics cost the card three fights. You want to hurt Conor you have to attack what he really cares about, his wallet. Chiesa and Borg definitely have a claim against him others may as well.

@snake if one fighter carries a fighter into the rounds that he's bet on himself to win in, then proceeds to win that bet, then yeah--that's a work.
But the bigger work was by the promotions who managed to convince MMA fans, who really have no understanding of boxing whatsoever, that Mcgregor had any chance of winning that fight.
The whole thing was ridiculous.
You put Mcnuggets in there with Errol Spence Jr and he is likely killed. Literally. One round.
