What drugs? Meds/pharmas? I had a nice 2 hits of something when I went to get cali weed a while ago, but I am planning to stop all substances, alcohol too (dont drink much anyway) and go hardcore straight edge again very soon thats when I was closest to being a real alpha male in terms of lifeforce energy and everything in general... Exercise and physical movement/exertion is the true drug, and has a great comedown unlike the others... You feel better afterwards, next day, than when you were high while exerting at your hardest which is also unlike the others.... Try to get into doing sprints Hippie (and a solid warm up/cool down), thats the problem with a lot of people they dont do sprinting never mind hill sprints or elevation/mountain running, so they will never know how high they could have gone in their potential and experience of endorphin high, general feel good chemicals.... You need to apply effort to release them
Also, dont tell me that your a runner and run miles, thats great and all, but without a solid sprinting routine you aint **** in real terms... And you need to do pull ups squats push ups belly crunches and other exercises/ kettlebells to really max out and make your muscles stronger to avoid injuries and strains from the sprinting/running, you have to max out in every set of all I just there aswell, like do it until your body fails... Then your threshold expands, your potential for gains goes up
