I agree, Machida is bound to get caught coming in after he backpedals. I can like envision him coming in for a crafty kick and Bones just punishing him for it. People say that Jones better not make a mistake with Machida, but Bones has the advantage in almost every area of a fight.

As much as I don't care for his personality, you can't deny the guy is a special talent and very exciting to watch.

On a side note. I can't remember the last time someone told me to "Eat It" and who knows when or if it'll happen again but if it does, even 20 years from now, you can 100% guarantee I'll tell them "Eat what? @Minotauro Crazy Jones fans I gave you a thumbs up. I got 5 down for saying Machida would win. I dont think people should give thumbs down If I just said "Machida takes this by tko" If I had said "Machida is going to smash Jones and knock him out cold" I would understand.

Well seriously. What have you seen from ANY of Jones' fights that gives you any reason to pick against him? Bones is ****ting on the best in the biz...Lyoto is retiring 73 year old legends (The Natural) using ******* movie kicks. Are you serious? He has another thing coming. Lyoto could have Segal with him in a handicap match and Bones would still slip on him....lets be real

Leo sure doesn't like to sugarcoat it. But he's right. I understand that a lot of people DISLIKE Bones. But don't let that cloud your judgement of what he's capable of doing in the cage. He's on another level from everyone.

Of course he could be beat... anyone can get beat, and sometimes it comes in the most surprising ways (see: Serra over GSP, or Chonan with a flying scissor heelhook over Anderson)... but to EXPECT Jones to lose any given fight at 205 lbs? Time to step back and reflect for a bit.

machida vs jones what what!!!! this is the fight i wanted to see happen and it is ....!! machida is the one person i think could knock jones out cold! they both use distance to there advantage .....and most fighters say they couldnt find the distance with jones .....I hope machida finds it with a kick to jones head!!!

As for who the better striker is between Shogun and Jones, it's a complicated question that could have a thread on its own.

As for @bassist suggesting that @mino is too busy sucking on shogun's nuts, there's probably a different way you could put that, given that he is a tapology peace officer.
