For sure. Peru has better talent than Chile and arguably Argentina making them #2 in South America behind Brazil.

No doubt in terms of pure talent Peru is stronger than Chile or Argentina (which I'm pretty sure I read they are looking at booking a 2018 event in too). But obviously there are other factors in holding events; logistics, arenas, altitude, visas, taxes, distribution deals etc. 1 for 1 on fights I care about in Chile though, Botelho and Kondo is a great fight.
