Really tough one to call. Also really weird that Trinaldo's the one who's fought at middleweight but Vick has 6 inches of height and reach on him.

I think Vick's really come into his own in his last few performances. Really confident, and putting things together well. I'll go with Vick by mid to late round submission in an exciting fight.

Vick better watch his boxing game. Francisco Trinaldo has ruined many a person's career with an convenient loss. I love Massaranduba but I can't pick 39 year old unless they are Yoel Romero.

man i like trinaldo, but this feels like a tough matchup. vick is solid standing and has a big reach/range advantage along with a deadly choke game. trinaldo is probably gonna try to work his striking en route to opportunistic takedowns, but i'm not sure he can smother vick like he normally does to people. thinking the effort leaves him open for some sort of guillotine.

I think a lot of people are underestimating Trinaldo in this fight. Vick's last loss was a KO to Beneil Dariush, and Dariush beat him by constantly pressuring him and forcing exchanges. Trinaldo naturally tends towards that style, and he's shown that he has quite a bit of power behind his strikes. Trinaldo's biggest weakness has been his cardio, and I think that if this fight goes past the 2nd round, Vick will have a significant advantage. I can definitely see how Vick can win this fight, but I like Trinaldo to pressure Vick and catch his chin at some point.
