Mule, I don't think Barak has done enough to warrant a fight against Cody. He has looked horrible lately.

I hope Woodley's antics aren't rewarded by getting a fight with GSP. Lawler/RDS winner should be next for Woodley.

As for GSP, I'd want to see him against Anderson (especially if Anderson can finish Gastelum). I know, pipe dream.

Pipe dream continued... Just make Whitaker/Rockhold as the Intercontinental title fight, and GSP can be on his own track and defend his fight against Silva and Romero. I was aggravated when they did this with Bisping, but somehow I'd be okay if GSP did the same thing.

All that being said, I think GSP vacates and somehow they try to make GSP/McGregor converge somehow. Possibly for the welterweight title.

No point in cutting Hendricks yet. A fight between him and Sam Alvey or Marquardt could be fun. Or even a fight between him and Rashad could be marketable, in a two former champs matchup. If he could get a win against any of those guys, then have him have a battle of the "dad bods" against Vitor.

All good.

Predictions: 4 of 8 Winners, 1 Perfect, 255 Points   |   Tied for 1006th

I think Andrade is a horrible, horrible matchup for Rose though and will probably beat her to death.

GSP need to either defend and unify the belt, or ****off out of the division. I am sick to death of the MW division being such a dog and pony show, it's been two years since it was in any semblance of order.

Till vs Gamebred could be barnburner. I have a feeling Masvidal might get it done in that one though, not sure too many pure strikers can beat him and there's no shame in getting outpointed by WB.

@PilloryChoke It's not that we want to see Hendricks or Rashad fight again, it's that it may be inevitable that they do. If they are forced to match them up with someone, and since their value as a stepping stone is almost nothing at this point, just match them with each other. At least this way one of them gets a win and the other you can maybe convince to retire or release them from their contract.

Nah, TJ/MM has to happen, not for TJ, he hasn't earned a "superfight" nor do I care if he gets one or not at this stage, but for MM, this is more or less the only thing left. He's cleaned out the division, broken his record, now it's time to take the next step.

Makes sense for Cody to fight the loser of Cruz/Rivera (or Lineker because Cody/Lineker would be ******* awesome, not necessarily because it makes sense) and the winner of that fight either fight Assuncao in a title shot eliminator or wait for TJ/MM winner.

Cody/Lineker needs to happen at this point. This has been a fight that's been booked before and somehow never happened. Also I think Cruz probably gets first dibs at challenging for the belt, if he gets past Rivera.

Lineker is a high profile, exciting fight for Cody. If he wins in fun fashion then that keeps Cody on track to try and get his belt back.

So MM goes up to 135? TJ to 125 woah? For a Title? What's the details? Lol

If Rivera beats Cruz let him win a few more before he gets a Title shot. Why not.
