Both guys are very hittable, got good power, and both recover well from beimg hit. I'm sure Alvarez will hit the deck first as he almost always does, we'll just have to see who hits the deck last.

Alvarez v Gaethje is fun to think about. Both have fight ending power, and both can be very exciting to watch. I believe Gaethje is faster, but Alvarez has the ability to make this a boring fight. Gaethje needs to knock him out quick, and I think he can. We saw Alvarez struggle with Poirier, a less powerful and explosive guy. So I think Gaethje rocks him in the first round and finishes him in the second.

I see both guys getting hurt at points too, but I think Gaethje will put money in the bank with those leg kicks and eventually it will get to Alvarez late in the fight and Gaethje will tko him in the 3rd. Should be a crazy wild fight. I think Alvarez will instigate a few takedown attempts to keep Gaethje off of him. Of course wild fights like this there's always a chance someone takes an illegal shot at some point, or something crazy, but here's hoping that doesn't happen.

This was exactly the firefight I wanted to see, so stoked about Eddie pulling through.
Hope this means that we'll get Eddie/Dustin 2 now, that as the main event of a fight night would be awesome.
