Does anyone agree with me that if a fighter in the main card drops out they should be fined 25% of their paycheque. Then headliners might fight through that cold we all go to work with and not duck out because of some minor ailment. I was so excited to see my first live UFC and the Jr Dos Santos fight dumped then headliner fight cancelled. And I thought about taking offer for fu 'll refund but figured who knows if I will get a chance to see one again. So I went and loved every fight except the yawner at the end you can feel each other out for a round or two but maybe fighting instead of just trying to hang onto you're belt with defense. Her next title fight needs to drop to a fre fight night. But I still had a great time and saw some awesome fights. But it was a fight night not a PPV. We should get discounted prices if UFC ever comes back to Edmonton. No one was impressed by Lets Go Oilers chant during the worst fight I've seen in years called a headliner.

Tied for 815th
If a fighter drops out of a fight he loses 100% of his paycheck. Fighters don't get paid if they don't fight. That being said I don't know about Canada but many commissions in tge US require promoters to offer refunds if the main event gets scrapped. That would have been the case for UFC 215 when DJ vs Borg was scratched. Any additional fines would be ridiculous and we shouldn't be encouraging fighters to compete while sick or injured.
