!NEW GAME! ANYONE CAN JOIN! Congratulations to Detroit Superstar for outlasting 21 others to win Tapology Survivor Game #35!

IMPORTANT: I'm making a tiny bit of a rule change for this game. Each round, we will pick two or three fights as fall-back options. Only the first fight will count towards advancing onto the game. The other fights are simply buffers in case of a fight cancellation, be it an injury, a bad weight cut, a day-of illness, getting trapped in an elevator, crossing over to boxing, etc. I will clarify a bit further down.

To kick off Game #36, Detroit Superstar has elected to go with: Stefan Struve vs. Alexander Volkov.
***Please also pick Francimar Barroso vs. Aleksander Rakic and Siyar Bahadurzada vs. Rob Wilkinson. So, to clarify, we will go down the order of those fights in case anything goes awry with the main event. So, if Struve hits his head on a door and can't fight, Barroso vs. Rakic becomes the fight, and I don't have to scramble to get your picks.

Without further ado...

But hey dtrain, mikeyg has a point i switched picks so just set up a final with him and ultra.

I've been needing a break and this is the decision that will allow me to take a break. I'll check and see how the games are going around the New Year. Good luck mikey. Hope you win.

I was going to say that it's perfectly fine to switch picks, as it's been done before without any repercussions. Detroit, you can still play if you'd like. But if you feel done for this game, then don't make a pick for the next round and you'll be eliminated that way. Your choice.

Edit: To give MikeyG the benefit of the doubt, he could've just been merely curious.

Here is the order of fights for the next round that will determine a winner (whether it's two or three people, there will be at least one dissenter). The first fight that there's any dissent on will determine the winner, if Detroit plays. If not, then may the best man win.

1) Paige VanZant vs. Jessica Eye
2) Fabricio Werdum vs. Derrick Lewis
3) Brad Tavares vs. Thales Leites
4) Pearl Gonzalez vs. Paulina Bothelo
5) Tony Ferguson vs. Kevin Lee
6) Matt Schnell vs. Marco Antonio Beltran

Please submit your picks so that we know whether or not we have a match. If not, we'll have to go off the board for a big underdog pick.

Mikey you have to pick the 1st fight winner, 2nd etc. Until there is a different pick. Or the 1 fighter wins that the other 2 pick.

So you have to pick eye vs pvz first, werdum vs Lewis 2nd etc.

@Detroit **** man, I'm really sorry to hear that. You have my condolences.

And yes, pick those fights in order as we've been doing this game. The first fight that there's dissent will determine the game. So if everyone picks all the same fighters until we get to Lee/Ferg, then that will decide the game.

Then please send picks for these also:
Stamann/Duquesnoy
Faria/Borella
Vannata/Green
Dariush/Dunham
Bibulatov/Moraga
Harris/Godbeer
DJ/Borg

Just as a fail safe.

Note: I won't penalize anyone for not getting the above picks in, because it's short notice. But I'd love for this game to end right here.
