with Lei'D Tapa fighting, i figured she should be ranked, and decided, we shouldn't rank anyone who doesn't fight more then once.

unless in their one fight they beat someone we have ranked.

I figured you shouldn't rank anyone who has never won a fight regardless how ****** the division is.

btw cotton has finally made WFW and might stay a featherweight in her coming bout

hirano fight might also be down in weightclasses.
