Bisping got given gsp and gsp pulled out hardly his fault but he should fight the winner of this in 2017 no excuses. Prettt sure mousasi would like a fight against Whittaker as well but his contract needs to be sorted first. I have to choose Whittaker in this fight even if Romero has the wrestling to take him down or the power and patience to sleep him it's hard to choose a 40 year old who's been sitting out for a while over Whittaker who is just going to bring it. He won't let Yoel rest or allow him to fight at a slower pace that a lot have. Whittaker to survive a scare and finish Yoel in round 3

Same here, but not because of the cardio ... I think with his speed Whittaker has a chance against ANYONE. He hits fast and he hits hard.

I'm still picking Romero, I just can't count Bobby Knuckles out of any fight.

Very much a test of youth vs. experience. Whittaker proved he is a top contender when he beat Souza but he has never dealt with a wrestler of Yoel's calibre and i think this will be the deciding factor. If Whittaker can keep this on the feet it should be his.

Yeah Yoss,

Whittaker will be faster but Romero is never usually the faster guy. I think Robert has to be careful early on or he gets stopped, that's why I think movement and cardio will be his best weapon.

whittaker will be the most technical striker yoel has faced and he won't be shooting in to get kneed. whittaker keeps his composure and finds his moment mid/late fight.

I actually think Whittaker is not as bad a matchup for Bisping than Romero. I can see Bisping actually winning this fight while as I saw no chance he didn't get demolished by Romero (Whittaker beat him with speed, matching him athletically and crazy TDD, which Bisping doesn't have - he's got good TDD, but not stop-Romero TDD).

Whittaker, though great, isn't as polished a boxer as Bisping is and I could see this turning into a fight which either can win.
