A few changes have been made to USADA testing policy in regards to the UFC.

A Summary of modifications:

The Nate Diaz Rule: A change to the definition of in competition to Noon the day prior to the fight to up until your post fight drug test or one hour after your fight whatever is sooner.

A fighter who leaves UFC by choice must be subjected to a six month testing period prior to returning to UFC competition. Those cut by the UFC mid contract only require a one month testing period prior to return though exemptions can be made for injury replacement or exceptional circumstances or other not reasonably foreseeable circumstances.

If a fighter entering the UFC discloses past ped use he will only be subject to 6 month testing  period. If he does not disclose and tests positive even if PEDs were taken prior to signing he will receive full sactions from the UFC.

Fighters are once again able to train with fighters under USADA sanction

I like the end of the in competition period- but did they mean to count the early weigh ins as out of compeition time by a few hours? seems like it may allow some loopholes.
