Scoring:

-prospect wins a fight= 5 points
-prospect loses a fight= -5points
-beat another competitiors prospect= 10 points
-lose to another competitors prospect= -10 points 
-sign with the UFC= 25 points
-win UFC debut= 25 points
-finish the fight on their UFC debut- 5 points
-lose UFC debut= -10 points

Gameplay:
-Highest score at the end of the year wins
-Can't drop and add another fighter until they are on a 2 fight losing skid
-once your fighter makes it to the UFC and makes his debut you will take another prospect

alienator gains 5 points bringing his total up to 10pts with a Jesse Arnett win and his next fight should be with the UFC.

I bet Dana wants to see Dern make weight a few times in a row successfully before taking her into the UFC. Plus, I think she needs at least 3-4 more fights to polish her stand-up and wrestling. It is improving compared to her first fight though.

I wouldn't sign Dern unless they start flyweight. If she's missing weight now, no way she makes it consistently, pretty much ever.
