I have a little (more than a little)superstition. i can't put a guy ahead of someone i picked to win in an upcoming fight. plus i cant put somebody in the top ten that fights my guy in a future UFC event that will take place soon(ufc 135). rampage is the only one missing here. Plus one more thing. nearly everybody was saying before the merge that WEC guys could not compete with UFC fighters. we know that is false with cerrone, henderson, stann and sonnen to name a few who have done well. I say the same thing about some of the top strikeforce fighters and even some Bellator fighters can be in a top ten. When pat curran knocked out marlon sandro he was at #8 in the world by the mainstream media a few days later. it can happen and should happen. nobody knows until these guys fight each other.

This one isn't bad except for no Rampage in the top 10...and Bonnar at 5...and Kingsbury anywhere near the top 10...

I like M'Pumbu but he hasn't gotten close to top 10 in mine yet, he really hasn't been tested, and he's very small for the weight class.

i explained my rampage omission but watch someone will say something about M'Pumpu. that guy breezed thru the Bellator tourney. he deserves to be ranked high.

I don't really understand why a guy fighting for the belt wouldn't be top 10, even if he loses, but that's your niche.

Kingsbury at 7? That I have to ask...

i might have to change that one b/c tonight i do my rerankings and kingsbury and bonnar have to fight. he had a vicious quick knockout over romero. i think romero was 11-0 or 11-1 when he did it too. i thought he looked impressive vs maldonado. that was what i want in a fight. two strikers going at it. i favor strikers alot in my top ten.Christian M"Pumpu either tko'd or knocked out three straight guys with a combined record of around 34-7-2. one was a highlight reel KO.

i dont understand why anyone would have bonnar as high as 5?? there is no way he is even close to that

and dan henderson should no doubt be top 5 cause he will beat anyone in the UFC LHW division except for maybe jon jones

just like i think griffin should not be in the top ten. totally destroyed by anderson silva and at the last ufc event shogun rua. i think griffin is weak mentally.

Wolf I have no problem with different rankings, it should be who YOU think are the best but some of your superstitious criteria I would have to say contaminate the process.  Are you telling me you don't have either Cain or JDS in your top 2 let alone top 10? Haven't checked just wondering due to your "rules" because they are fighting soon.

Not favorite by weight class. So that's what I use this for. We all know who the champions and contenders are, and I'm not interested in seeing who people have 8-10. So favorites it is until they make one for favorites by weight class.

After that last loss, I don't know if I should still have Forrest in my top ten... maybe switch him out for Gustaffson?...
