Bit of a shocker, but 208 needed another name. The bout certainly has intrigue. Crazy seeing all that red in Anderson's recent fights. 41 years old. If Brunson comes out like he did against Whittaker, Silva can take it. Not sure that'll happen.

Gotta think short notice helps Anderson. What does he need to work on? If Brunson is wild, aggressive, and swings wide, this is the type of striker that Anderson devours (at least he used to). But we shall see. I am picking the spider because all of his losses came to world champions. Brunson is not a champion.

Super torn. I do think Anderson puts him down if he comes out like a dumbass ... but he does come out like a dumbass often because he makes up for it (usually) with his athleticism and power.

I'm rooting for Anderson Silva in the hope that Greg Jackson will reach out to Rashad Evans now that Rashad has moved to 185 and is now looking for a new camp - and if Greg is convinced that Brunson is not the answer at 185, Greg just might offer his hand to Rashad.

I sadly have Silva by 2nd round TKO. Striking is just too good. I can't stand the taunting Silva does. Hopefully (which I doubt) he's learned from it. That plays a good mental factor in any fighter's brain. If Brunson can keep his composure, he can KO Silva. Silva is longer and a better striker, imo. No offense to Brunson, super cool dude. I'd rather Brunson win, but I don't see it happening, sadly. Of so, AWESOME!

I think silva can win this fight with his counter striking, brunsons dangerous in the first round but gasses afterwards, i think first round will be tough for silva, but he will survive the onslaught then finish brunson in the second!
