Predictions: Who are the Champions in the UFC by the End of 2017?

Obviously this is a little tougher because of all the interim belts being created.
Only 3 champions held onto their belts last year (Joanna, Cormier, MM). Cormier was the only champ that didn't defend his belt in 2016.
Demetrious Johnson only needs two more title defenses to surpass Silva. I think once he accomplishes that he'll challenge Garbrandt for 135 belt at years end.
Who do you predict?

Welterweight - Stephen Thompson (for some reason people are forgetting that for 3 rounds Woodley looked like he was cluless on what to even do with Wonderboy. The "almost finishes" and the TDs can be avoided, the huge gap between them in skill level can't - a more confident in his skillset and concentrated Wonderboy beats Woodley easily)
