That is a fight that I would not mind seeing at all.

I'd love to see this fight too. I think Overeem would probably take it though. Too good on the feet, and probably too strong for Mir to take down.

I agree @Spaceman... Overeem would use his striked to keep Frank at bay and catch him.

I'd like to see it. Especially after seeing Overeem's performance against Werdum, I'd say Mir's got a solid chance in this one

I definitely think Mir would be a great first UFC fight for Overeem, and I hope it happens.  I'd bet on Mir.

This would maybe be the one fight I would root for Mir in.

@jersey, mir is a very talented, very inconsistent hw fighter.  It seems thats what a lot of people want to try.  Not to mention he has a pretty big name considering.

I think Mir would easily beat Overeem, Mir would get Overeem down and sub him no problem

@skeet overeem is a very good grappler, dont be fooled by how good his stand up is.

That would be an awesome fight, and time wise would be perfect for UFC on FOX. It's hard for me to pick now, but I guess I'd lean towards Mir.

Overeem would win the stand up, but Mir would realize he should get him to the ground and work for a submission.  I think this would be a close fight.

Mir is my favorite fighter so i'm going to be completely biased and say he would take it.

@Justyn...Over(ated)eem might be better on the feet then Mir, but Mir holds way more of an advantage on the ground on most HWs in the world

I think Overeem would drop Mir before he had a chance to get it to the ground. Overeem is too strong and Mirs TD arent good enough to get Overeem on the ground.
