I really don't know how anyone could think that Anderson isn't P4P best, GSP is 2nd or 3rd, but guys c'mon. GSP would get smashed by Anderson, that's why GSP doesn't want to fight him.

@swick how do you know GSP doesn't want to fight him? You think Silva would "smash" GSP which couldn't be further from the truth. But let me guess Diaz would own Silva?

I say he doesn't want to fight him because all you have to do is see the interviews where they ask GSP about it and he seems like he doesn't want to. And no, obviously I said Anderson is best P4P easy, he would smash Diaz.

It seems like he doesn't want to? I think he is just being honest when talking about it. It would take time for him to put on the weight in the correct way. You have to realize Silva fights at 205 too. He's a pretty big 205er as well. You're asking a guy who's 170 to fight a lhw. I guarantee GSP would fight Silva regardless of the size difference if the UFC asked him to. He would fight him and beat him. Every guy GSP fights is supposed to be the "one" who is going to beat him. Nobody at 170 or 185 is beating GSP. Not even Diaz.

Dude I'm not gonna sit here and argue just because you obviously love GSP and I'm not gonna change it...but Matt Serra made GSP tap from strikes...you think Anderson isn't gonna knock him out?

4 and a half years ago yes that happened. Silva lost to a flying knee bar years ago. He tapped like a little girl. So I guess anything can happen. I'm not trying to change anyones mind. GSP isn't the best because I say he is he's the best because of how and who he beats. Totally dominant. You don't see Georges getting his ass beat for 4 plus rounds.

Silva got got his ass beat for 4 1/2 rounds and STILL finished his fight, which GSP can't do to save his life right now. What's up?

Your saying Silva tapped like a girl when in both fights GSP lost he tapped before he should have.. He tapped against Hughes practically before the armbar was in and who taps to strikes?  Anderson is the p4p king.. That is a fact.

Awesome card. How can I get 10 winners right with 0 perfects!?? Oughta be an award for that. Palhares, ***!!  Schaub and Cane both look, technique wise and stat wise, like good strikers but don't avoid or take damage well. Most of the undercard losers held their own. Wonder if Ramos will get another shot. Looks like Spencer's spent. Thought Pearson won. Barboza gets hit too much and if his reflexes were as quick as his offensive techniques he'd be a LW Aldo instead of a LW Cane.

Anyone else think that Palhares should try and learn a couple English words for when he is fighting inside the cage. I really don't think he understands a single word in English. Just looking at his past couple of fights he doesn't respond to refs like when they tell him not grab the fence or grab an opponents glove. A little effort on his part to understand them would go a long way so that he doesn't screw himself over with some stupid penalty down the road. He is always seems to be involved in some awkward moment when he is fighting.

I was thinking that last night too.  Each time Herb Dean told him to stop grabbing the fence he'd look at him like a lost child.

The problem with his awkward moment last night was that the ref didn't say anything to him.  Silence is universal language, but he still screwed it up.
