Dustin Poirier is the ****. I've been a "fan" for years, it's hard to not love this dude, but the past few years, he's really become one of my favorites to watch. He is fantastic.

I hate Michael Johnson. I cannot pick his fights worth a damn. This makes me 1-11 picking Michael Johnson fights.

****. Nice KO by Johnson, but that taunt was pretty classless after.

Crazy to see Poirier's momentum stopped just like that.

****, just knew Poirier was going to let me down. Beats Green (and I still haven't seen anything but the very end of that fight) and now this. Johnson landed a nice 2 punch combo but his shots on the ground were absolute ****. Reminded me of Barao's rabbit punches to Faber and very unlike Stipe's accurate shots last weekend.

Uhm, Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor were "sparring," Johnson? Dude, they put on two of the best fights of the year.

I never like Johnson either but that was awesome and when he's aggressive he's fun to watch, win or lose.

Poirier is, at either weight, a fun fighter but never  a true challenger. No shame in being an upper echelon gatekeeper in the UFC.

The only thing for sure in the lightweight division is that nothing's for sure. Also I was pretty sure I picked Brunson and Makhachev but I ended up with Hall and Wade. Huh.

I thought about picking Johnson but didn't because I thought Porker was on a role. Oh well.
