Brian Stann is like Joe Rogan if Joe Rogan was actually a fighter and a good commentator.

Laprise was the first fighter to weigh in at 9am sharp and he was 3lbs over and didnt attempt to cut anymore weight.. the gamble paid off

My next two picks are make or break for tonight...Campbell and McLellan.

@mike

I find Stann to be a bore of a commentator, to be honest.  I prefer Rogan and Florian over him.

The only commentator I actually like is Mike Schiavello. After that it just becomes a matter who's less awful.

I take it Laprise said he's moving up to WW? I turned off the stream before the interview.

I find it interesting people bagging on Rogan all the time like he doesn't have the credentials to do the job.

What do credentials have to do with anything? Rogan boils things down into the dumbest simplicities and often literally what he's commenting on his being proven wrong infront of his eyes and he doesn't acknowledge or learn from it.

I won't deny Rogan has good energy and adds to the experience with his excitement. Most commentators and pundits and writers etc in this sport do not know their ******* from a poptart though.

No matter how many times they play it, I will never get used to the UFC playing the NFL on FOX theme for MMA events.

Good job by Silva in his UFC debut! I don't have anything against Campbell but I've never been impressed by his skills so I had to go with the newcomer, Campbell probably gets cut with the loss.

Wow. Silva is the real deal. Back-to-back finishes over Kuivanen and Campbell.
