sreimuth Nice list. I don't have the energy to pick matchups for everyone but I'll comment a little.

Ferguson vs Alvarez

Say what you want on how great Khabib is and he deserves a Title shot but in 2+ years he;s 1-0 against a good Regional Fighter Horcher.

While Ferguson is 7-0 in that same time frame, 8 fight win streak, and including his Michael Johnson loss, I do believe Ferguson had an arm injury, he's 14-1 going back to his TUF Fights. Wil Brooks is Also 5-0 in that same time frame (4 Bellator Title defenses) 2 wins over Chandler in on like a 9 fight win streak.

Khabib might be the best of them all but lets get active. So I have Khabib 3rd in line against Alvarez with Ferguson and Brooks ahead of him. Not a fan of Brooks but the whole Alvarez leaving Bellator as Champ and now Brooks, I'm excited for that alone. But the casual fans wouldn't have a clue on how significant that fight would be,

Lineker vs Dodson This fight is a must to happen. Sorry Cody fans.

Vanatta vs Holbrook - Holbrook would get slaughtered. Vanatta belongs in the UFC and is a bright prospect under Jackson wink. I wouldn't be apposed to Vanatta fighting Holtzman next. I'd bet on Vanatta. Vanatta is another one of those AXS Tv fighters that I've watched fight before UFC and last night was not the 1st time I've watched the guy fight. Oh and Holbrook should either be cut or fight Joe Proctor in a loser leaves town matchup. Holbrook should be 0-2 in the UFC not 1-1 and his BS Decision cost Ramsey Nijem to get cut. Not that I really care about Nijem but he won. Watched the fight live in Chicago.

Smolka- I guess since they won't let him fight Wilson Reis I'm thinking we'll see him at Fight Night in Manilla is my guess. Smolka vs Reis makes sense, Reis vs Santella doesn't. But what really does.?!

Chookagian vs de Randamie - Funny you say that. That was the first matchup that popped into my head.

Predictions: 5 of 12 Winners, 1 Perfect, 290 Points   |   Tied for 914th

- John Lineker vs. John Dodson (winner fights Garbrandt in a title eliminator)

- Tony Ferguson vs. Khabib Nurmagomedov (I think the winner of Diaz/McGregor II fights Alvarez first)

- Tim Boetsch vs. Nate Marquardt (two vets close to being cut)

- Louis Smolka vs. Kyoji Horiguchi (for the luv of Dog)

- Kaitlyn Chookagian vs. Germaine De Randaime (keep De Randaime active!)

^So what you're saying is the Featherweight Champion, McGregor, should fight another Welterweight fight first and if he wins he wins then he should bypass all the other Legit Lightweight Champs and fight for the Title.

I think he should really focus on defending his current belt at least once if that's not asking for too much.

He's never defended any belt in any organization. I don't think he's going to start now, unless he loses to Diaz again. I think he just wants to collect belts.

One more ting and I'll give up.

How do you collect belts fighting Lightweights at Welterweight?

And sure what makes more sense that or Pokémon go but so far Pokémon go is in the lead.
