The weigh-ins weren't without their drama. Johny Hendricks missed weight by .25 lbs and will forfeit 20% of his purse to Kelvin Gastelum and Miesha Tate weighed in at literally the last possible minute, 9:59am local time. If she had arrived 60 seconds later, she would have been removed from the card.
Anyway, the action kicks off on UFC Fight Pass at 630pm ET before switching to FS1 at 8pm. The PPV main card kicks off at 10pm.

Top to Bottom, UFC 200 is the best UFC card ever
The least interesting fight (on paper) on this card would be Northcutt's fight. And that says a lot about UFC 200 considering his "popularity",

Just the fact that this starts soon gives me chills... I'm so excited for this! Edgar/Aldo is the main event to me, and it's the second PPV fight! I really want Anderson to win, also. If he wins this, he proves that he's the GOAT. I've never been so excited for a card! Can't wait!
