I believe that BJ has the better boxing and jiu- jitsu but, Fitch has better wrestling, physical size, chin and has better cardio. Should be a good fight between the two, I am rooting for Fitch because he's fighting out of norcal and we both train in jiu- jitsu under Dave. GO GUERRILLA JIU- JITSU!!!

I love going with my heart/head thing. I love to think bj will use his hands or bjj on the ground and win. That's my heart...I want him to win b/c watching the decision machine makes me borderline suicidal. But Fitch grinds out every fight...so it should be the UD for Fitch. Having said that, in my heart I thought Vitor was going to KO Anderson...my heart loses 9 times out of 10 picking fights. Thats why I don't bet on them anymore.

Fitch will grind him out like the rest. If Penn can't finish him in the first (which is unlikely due to Fitch's granite jaw), he will get dragged into deep waters, and get put through the meat grinder.

@akira I wouldn't say Fitch has the better chin...its pretty even there if not advantage BJ...BJ has never been knocked down in a fight and I can't say I remember him being rocked and Fitch was rocked in his fight with Mike Pierce...Fitch does have a solid chin, but I'm gonna say BJ's is better

i personally scored the main event 29-28 penn. it's hard to call him the "winner" after getting pummeled for the last 5 minutes straight, but in the weird world of mma scoring that's how it came out. he took fitch down in each of the first two rounds, took his back and almost choked him, and in round 2 it looked like he broke fitch's nose.
a lot of people like to claim bj is overrated but my respect for him grows with every fight. in my opinion he has consecutive wins over matt hughes and jon fitch. not too shabby.
