This one's flying somewhat under the radar relative to the mainstream crossover appeal of the last two UFC PPVs, but it's a hardcore fan's dream.

Lawler-Condit, Arlovski-Miocic, Larkin-Tumenov ... Oh lawd.

The prelims kick off on UFC Fight Pass at 630pm ET before switching over to FS1 at 8pm. As always, the main card kicks off at 10pm.

Enjoy!

I think this card was great because some legit prospects showed up like Ortega. He's nasty. Great to see Michael McDonald back. He was thrown to the wolves early and fought for a title too young.  Poirier looks like 155 is where he should be. Great win. Tumenov looked great but Larkin looks like he could do damage at 170 too. I think

Stipe should get the title shot now based on who he beat and who he lost too more recently. His loss to struve is the one that I look at and scratch my head.

What a main event.  That was brutal. It was violence and both men were at their best. I loved it because both guys strengths came out. Carlos with varied strikes and Robbie with big power. Those two are insanely tough.

Johnny Hendricks beat both those guys but Tyrone Woodley made weight. I hate that Hendricks didn't make weight. If he can get that back on track and healthy i believe he wins his next fight and should get the shot after Tyrone.

So unbelievably sad right now. On back-to-back-to-back cards, three of my favorite fighters have been in main event title fights and all have lost. Gutted for Condit. Had I not happened upon the VS channel back in 2008 to see a marathon of Carlos Condit fights building up to the card that Saturday featuring Condit/Miura, I wouldn't have gotten into MMA. He is the reason I became interested in this sport. I'm not the rematch type, and I know it's biased, but I'd love to see Condit get a second crack at Robbie as I believe he won this fight anyway.

Yeah man for sure Carlos will always be a champion. His win against Brock Larson is what made me a believer. His fight against Rory. Diaz fight, almost getting the finish against GSP, the late surge on Kampmann. Even in his losses he was dangerous everywhere. He wanted to finish all the time.  Almost forgot the Dan Hardy KO. He was the first fighter that was a non collegiate wrestler that I followed.

If this really is it for Carlos then holy **** what a way to go out. He has a ******* chin made of marble. He is a finisher. Even at the end of the 5th he was still swinging despite being spent.

And Robbie Lawler has become a 5 round destroyer. What a murderer's row he has gone through. No easy fights since he came back. He has just made one of the most impressive runs I have ever seen.  The top fighters that he has beaten since he came back is second to none. Kos, voelker, rory, hendricks, ellenberger, brown, hendricks, rory, & carlos. Holy **** I can't believe it looking at that list.

I was actually impressed by Condit tonight. I thought he was just to slap kick Lawler's front leg and circle to center all night. But he actually stood toe-to-toe with Lawler and thought he was probably going to receive the judges decision 48-47.

However, Diaz: rounds 1,2,&5.

As expected the card delivered.

Night of questionable but all close decisions but for me the highlight was actually 3 great subs in a row.

I thought Soto won and both Morono/Noke & Tumenov/Larkin were complete tossups.

The main event is just another perfect example of why using boxing's scoring system and/or insisting on judging fights rd by rd is just ******* STUPID.

My judging of the fight would've eliminated (most of) the controversy and solved the rematch question: R1 - Condit 10-9, R2 - Lawler 10-9, R3 - Condit 10-9, R4 - Condit 10-9, R5 - Lawler 10-8 and thus 47-47 DRAW. Neither man deserved to lose that fight and it's automatic to run it back

No way the 5th was a 10-8. Robbie increased his output and intensity but Condit was still firing back. It was a back and forth round, that Lawler eventually won, but it was no dominate one sided 10-8 round.

Not according to strictly round by round scoring, no. But 1st off 10-8 should be for "clear" rounds while reserving 10-9 for "close" ones. The main reason to score the 5th 10-8 would be to make it a draw because I believe that fights should be judged as a whole.

@mulefloyd: By that logic Condit clearly won the fight overall.

Scoring rounds 10-8, that are not dominate rounds, just to make fights draws SUCKS for MMA.

no way on earth there was a 10-8 rd in there for either fighter. also I don't agree with scoring a fight a 10-8 to make it a draw, especially because there's always that one judge that would mess it up any way. however......

i do prefer a draw over a conterversial decision when 2 guys lay it out on the line like this.

the only other fight that I would personally rank up there with this one is hendo/shogun 1 but it left a tainted feeling after to me by giving it to hendo and it not being a draw.  hendo did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in that last rd and got mounted like 10 times and some how not one single judge scored it a 10-8.

although I had Condit winning on this one though I do not hate on the dec as you do have to beat the champ I get it but I would like to see a rematch, and then another rematch after that just because these 2 guys are AWESOME and would deliver every time.
