I can see why they hang out by the Walgreens in Chico since that's a college town and the Walgreens is right by some off campus housing so plenty of kids go there since it's a 3 minute walk.
But then I guess it's still a mistake because kids are selfish *******s who will rarely give away change. I was behind two girls who were using a gift card to buy some soda but the card didn't cover all of it and owed like 30 more cents and they got ******* pissed cuz "IT WAS GAS MONEY".

One of the girls was clearly embarrassed by the situation was like "It's...it's fine. It's only 30 cents" while the other was pissed off so I have some hope for the first girl. Probably just freshman so they have some hope. Maybe. I guess.
