Oh wait, we're talking about a UFC cage and not a WWE Steel Cage right?  Yeah, no CM Punk will never get into the Octagon after this.

Agreed, I don't see him ever stepping into the Octagon. He's only getting older, and his nagging injuries from WWE certainly don't help.

It feels like it has been forever since CM Punk got signed by the UFC, and yet his fight with Mickey Gall hasn't been set up yet.  I don't want to hate on a guy for chasing his dreams, but, and I say this as a huge CM Punk fan, I wish Punk never got signed by the UFC and joined ROH instead.

The whole thing seemed like a desperation move by the UFC. When they announced the signing they were coming off of a terrible year in 2014 filled with injuries and watered down cards. Then they ended up having an amazing year in 2015 and people just forgot about the CM Punk experiment.
