Fantastic fight, but I fear for Picket's brain.

Rack up another KO win for de Almeida.  That reach advantage will definitely help de Almeida to pick apart Pickett, no pun intended.

Not too impressed with de Almeida yet. He beat Yves Jabouin impressively, but I don't know if that's a good enough win to make me believe he runs through Pickett. I think Seery and McDonald are better strikers, and more powerful, than Almeida, and Pickett took their best for the most part.

Good points on de Almeida, @tacos, but I see it more as a stylistic issue for Pickett. He's a good boxer, but his defense leaves a lot to be desired, and he's shown a propensity to bite down on his mouthpiece and swing when he gets stung.

de Almeida is rough around the edges at 23 years old, but the one thing I'm extremely impressed by is his shot selection, variety of techniques and his patience. That's a bad combo for a boxer that gets wild from time to time.

Another young guy in Almeida. Hungry and has not lost a fight. Pickett has been in wars and you can tell on his face and body. He is old in the sport and I think Almeida will dominate. Pickett is tough though, so I think it will go all rounds.

Time hasn't been kind to Picket. Almeida won't either.

Yes he should. Pickett is going to get stomped, badly.
