Seeing  how Wrestling is one of the most popular bases in MMA, i thought that it would be goof if i started a thread that  would allow for people to understand and follow the storylines and techniques at the highest level collegiate and international level competition.  I will create a Ranking system and give scouting reports of the top 10 guys at each weight class and provide updated weekly rankings every Monday. The first event i'm covering is NWCA National dual finals between Iowa and Missouri.

97 KG's. Sharifov isn't world rep and frankly he went up a full rumble after Olympics as he's real

97kg – Khetag GAZUMOV (AZE) beat Gadisov at European Games 4-2 reversing looses at last year's Europeans and World's. Kyle Snyder enters rankings at #15. Interesting to see Dato Marshagashvilli who was ranked #1 throughout the 2013 season at 86 KG's until he didn't do too well at worlds. He placed third at 2012 Olympics at 84 KG's.  Odikadze so high is just ******* hilarious same thing with Cortina Lacerra who has losses to Varner and Snyder. Yazdani could do really well or he could have what happened at last years worlds and the Olympics and get injured and DNP. granted last year he lost to Shamil(Makhov)Ergodon a Dagestani transfer wrestling for Turkey.  Worlds predictions mare: Gold: GAzumov or Gadisov, Bronze: Andriitsev 5th Radoslaw Baran Bronze:Snyder,5th Javier Cortina

Dlagnev needs to be a lot higher, Shemarov  this high is hilarious,Akgul is a ******* stud who's single is exceptional,  The Azerbaijani is actually mongolain. Gatsalov is a stud but he's too small and he's really old. hope he retires soon as he's had a great career.  Ghasemi isn't world rep this year, KAzakstani ahead of Tervel is the biggest **** up I've seen in a while. Zazeev 2013 world runner-up got pinned by Gatsalov in those finals. There's talks rumbling that the Russians might put in Bilyal Makhov in Gatsalov's palce as Makhov just destroyed everybody at the Ali Aliyev tournament, and GAtsalov has been showing his age as of late.

4x all-american for Minnesota, Logan Storley is going to make his amateur MMA debut at RFA 29. Storley is a huge prospect right now and he hasn't even taken his first fight. Storley's ability to scramble, vast array of takedowns and mat awareness make me very very excited to see what he can do in MMA. Here's a highlight video of him Wrestling.

forgot to say it's his Pro debut, and it's at RFA 29 at the end of the month. He's already had 3 amateur fights in high school. So far based on pure folkstyle accomplishments he's one of the top 15 guys to ever go in MMA. Here's my tier of best wrestlers, in order of best/most accomplished.: 3 time NCAA champions(Mark Schultz,Jake Rosholt), 2x NCAA Champions(Alger,Hendricks,Randleman, Askren,Mocco,Konrad) 1x NCAA Champions(Lesnar,Kerr,Coleman,Davis,Van Arsdale who to me looks like Twayne Bone****r from Ugly Americans,Munoz,Koscheck,Jenkins,) and AA's(Storley,Bunch,Hughes,Mendes,Velasquez, Lawal,Cormier Couture.)
