Though I think that Cain Velasquez's Division I pedigree made the UFC's decision to have him on their card more legitimate than this one...

Edit: after he fights we will know if there was a legit reason for his signing or of he was just fodder. I just hope he is good enough and that the UFC is not setting their bar any lower.
