Middle of March? Seriously? Easy fights for both guys at the beginning of December now 3+ months between fights is really dumb. Lots of time for Pettis to get hurt. Would much rather have seen this scheduled for February.

I picked Garby too.  Seems to be some hype behind him, but I readily admit I haven't checked out any of his fights yet.

This will be big for Brazilian fans but unfortunately Dos Anjos doesn't get the respect or recognition he deserves from Casual fans in the US. The guy is the rightful top contender, he has wins over Henderson and Cerrone but I doubt the average fan would know his name.

RDA isn't the rightful top contender.

Nurmagomedov is.

Would rather see Pettis finally active than waiting for Khabib.

Nurmagomedov is and has been injured since his win over RDA and since RDA rattled off 3 straight wins including 1 over the former world champion. If Nurmagomedov was healthy and even able to take a fight then he would be worth mentioning as a title contender but since he is hurt it's moot.

But since Khabib is injured, Dos Anjos definitely deserves it.

Brimage has five and a half inches of reach on Garbrandt despite being four inches shorter. That's something you don't see everyday.
