Thatch vs. Thompson

Personally I think Thompson has just had trouble in the transition. Kickboxing and mma have way different angles and distances, plus the added threat of level changes. I think his ceiling is a lot higher than he's shown. If he can get things clicking he's a real threat.

Perhaps Cowboy gets the call up to Colorado after all? At least he wouldn't have to cut weight.

It feels like 2014 all over again

So kinda strange that Thompson was Weidman's main sparring partner during camp ... and now they're both out with rib injuries.

Lol how do yall think this fight would go now? I said Wonderboy has the best striking in the division and I'm standing by that.

Ellenburger disappoints me so much. His fight IQ is terrible. He a  smart guys, but it actually hinders him. He tries to become to technical and he been paying for it his last few fights. He a juggernaut and he needs to go back to that if he wants to remain a top 10 guy. He would have won that fight for sure if he fought like he did when he first enter the UFC, in fact he almost did win that until he backed off when he had Thompson hurt and tried to pick Thompso n apart which was just stupid of him. One of his coaches needs to sit him down and tell him straight up that he needs to just go after people and stop trying to out box everyone, his boxing technically is just not good enough, but his power and presence when on the assault is amazing. He can beat anyone in the division if he just goes after them, sure he will lose some but he will also win some big fights. If he keeps fighting the way he is now, he be lucky to stay in the top 15.
