They have two divisions in bodybuilding; Open and Natural. Why can't fighting be the same way? IF everyone knows what they are getting into and as we have seen Juicing doesn't help you win fights.

Now, to Lopati's point about steroids not winning fights, that's partly true and partly ignorant to say.
Of course steroids don't teach you to throw a spin kick. But they do make said spin kick much faster and more powerful, and also let you rep said spin kick on the heavy bag for six hours straight without adverse effects. Fighters on steroids also go into fights decidedly less banged up than natural guys like Bisping and GSP ... who always complain about injuries post-fight. There's a reason.
That's not even getting into the cardio advantages stuff like EPO gives you, which Sonnen, Bagautinov and I'd bet a lot more guys in MMA are using. To me, EPO gives you a bigger advantage in a fight than traditional roids.

1. EVERY sport is 70% confidence and 30% talent. Juicing up takes care of the confidence.
2. The difference between how you look with a full gas tank and how you look when you're tired is so important it's not even funny, so yeah, juicing up gives you the cardio to both train harder, recover faster and have a gas tank for the whole fight and the confidence to go strong right from the get go because you trust your tank.
If you want an example, look at Reem/Werdum. He didn't look great in that fight, but he won a hard fought decision. Please raise your hand if you think today's Reem could outlast any top level heavyweight that long (except for Mir who actually stood back and allowed Reem to pace himself).
Also, look at the sheer difference in their physiques! You think that doesn't come with extra power and quickness???
Wait 'till you see Vitor weigh in vs. Weidman. He's going to look everything the almost 40 year old that he is. I mean even his arms look more like mine than anything close to what he used to look like, especially in his last couple of fights.
PEDs win fights. Period. Not 100% success and a juiced up Trevor Smith won't beat Anderson Silva, but in closer matched fight they're totally a difference maker.

Steroids give you an advantage when everything else is even no matter what sport you are talking about. No matter how many PED's Dion Jordan takes he will never be JJ Watt. Does him taking PED's make him better? yes it does, but does that automatically make him the best? NO it does not. It doesnt even guarantee you being the best.
