Starting this one early ... cuz it's that sick.

Fight Pass prelims kick off at 7pm ET Saturday night, followed by a stacked FS1 prelims card at 8pm and then the PPV main card at 10pm.

I see about 8 fights in the running for bonuses.

If you're picking Cerrone then probably yes. I'm thinking either Alvarez by decision or Cerrone by stoppage.

Just hope the Poirier pickers will give McGregor props if he wins, rather than just being like, "I knew that would happen, just wanted Poirier to win."

@gunn Let's hold hands during those fights :)  Glad to see another Gibson fan!  This fight is being severely underappreciated. Been following Gibson since his fight with Watson in TPF.

@skelli I really don't understand why McGregor is such a big favorite, I'll be the first to give McGregor major props because I think he's in for a fight that he's not going to win.  I'll admit my Poirier by sub pick is more of a heart pick, but I'm confident that he'll at least pull out a decision.  Even though he hasn't faced much adversity in his UFC fights, he seems like the type of guy who would be as tough as they come and not wilt to the pressure that an aggressive fighter like Poirier is going to put on him.  But Poirier is a ******* gangster.

I'm picking McGregor but i wouldn't be shocked at all if Dustin pulled it off. I just hope that Dustin doesn't make any mistakes trying to KO Conor for all the **** talking he's been doing.

Imagine if Frankie was to beat Swanson, do you think they would give the winner of Conor/Dustin a title fight?

MMA needs McGregor to win tonight.  he is the perfect character especially if he is able to dispatch of Poirier like he says.

I do hate the fact that Poirier is his opponent tonight as I am a huge fan of his.

The UFC has a history of disrespecting Edgar, he's probably gotten used to it.

We shall see, Fresno. If Poirier drags Conor into a brawl, I think that's his only chance to win.

McGregor is a big favorite because, on paper, he has an astronomical advantage on the feet. Dustin gets dropped in all of his fights, especially when he's emotional. Conor is a pinpoint counter striker with KO power that loves aggressive strikers ... which is exactly what Poirier is.

Conor also uses angles expertly, while Poirier literally walks forward ala Cerrone and punches until someone falls. He's flat-footed.

You mean the UFC needs McGregor to win tonight.

Discipline will trump aggression tonight. Across the board.
