I think this is a great move, Shogun has looked good in the interviews I've seen and training at Nova Uniao for a little before his fight definitely can't hurt. Making me second guess my pick of Forrest.

I think Shogun will come back strong. After he lost the title, everyone talks about how bad Jon Jones beat him, and I bet he really wants to shut everyone up.

griffin does not stand much of a chance. rua will have pin pointed leg kicks and combos to the body and face.

I like Forest, but he's going to be in for a world of hurt if he stays standing with Shogun. If Shogun has worked on his TDD, Forest is going to get picked apart. This fight is giving me goosebumps.

Forrest's only chances are size and wrestling. His JJ is worse, and his striking is worse. Shogun looks very in shape, is training with good camps, and is finally training his ******* wrestling. I don't think Forrest wins this.

i've had rua from the beginning too. i like a fighter who has a chip on his shoulder and wants to prove he is still an elite fighter. rua is only 28 or 29 years old. correct? it's off the top of my head.

I had already picked Rua as the Rua that faced Forest the first time round was totally out of shape, along with injuries. I'm hoping this time round he was in shape and ready to go three rounds (or more)
