A lot of talent as a fighter, huh?
I really don't like when people call extremely accomplished guys such as Barao "talented". Yes, those people are most likely talented, but they also work 24/7 on their craft, are completely obsessed with perfection and are hurt by failure much more than we will ever be able to understand. As GSP himself said while promoting his fight against Johny Hendricks, "You have to be insane in order to be a UFC champion".
Talent is probably needed in order to be successful at such a high level, but it is far from being enough. To say that Barao is talented is true, but it is an understatement akin to saying that Steve Harris is a talented musician.
EDIT: Actually, it's a little bit crazier than that. It is like saying that Placido Domingo is a talented singer. Or that Arnold Schwarzenegger is a talented bodybuilder.
EDIT 2: Now that I think about it, orchestra musicians and bodybuilders are probably the only guys taking more steroids than MMA fighters nowadays.
