There are a bunch of decent events that sometimes get passed on so I figured why not do a thread like Poland , Brazil and Japan have.

Vasilav Vasilevsky, I was really.hoping he'd get another shot in the Bellator.Tournament, I thought he beat Falcao, or the UFC/WSOF...hes one of the best MW prospects in MMA.

I thought he beat Falcao too, he probably would have won that tournament had he got that decision. He's 25, so I think he'll get a shot in a bigger organization at some point.

25 is when you need to be mAking your rise, not talking about someday being in the UFC. Hes 25 and 23-2 he should be there.already.

It seems like the UFC are signing either low level russian or one dimentional. Every one of them is a combat sambo champ, what they dont realize is theres a ****load of sambo events each year. So theres gonna be a lot of champs and some suck. Theres the russian nationals, the ukrainian nationals, the european championships, the european cup championships, the world championships, memorial tournament which is basically the world cup, the asian championships and since russia is technically considered asia they dominate that to. Im sure theres a bunch more. Just look at the difference in quality between Nurmagomedov, Khalibov and Bagautinov compared to the dude mangy beat and a few of these new guys that are all striking and no wrestling/submissions. Theres plenty really good well rounded champs out there. It seems like the UFC has a new model, or whoever signs them just doesnt do their homework.

What? Cobra might be the worst signing recently but he had a nice looking record and came out of the same camp as Ali and other killers. Rashid was M-1 champ, Tuhugov is solid, and Tumenov has been killing lately. Not sure if there's others making their debuts soon. You also have to take into account that it's hard for them to bring in some guys via visa issues, contract issues or whatever. Seems to me like you're complaining for no reason.

Do the other former Soviet republics have any events? I mean the non-Baltic ones.

probably, I just put up Oplot because its a pretty big deal. Oplot 100 happened last night and had Miguel Falcao and Milena Dudeiva on it. Also it should be easy to get results. Their websites news feed put up results for the last ammy series they do on Friday nights also there is usually a live stream to watch it (probably not a legal one so dont ask for it)

The Eurasia card I put up looks like Russia vs Kazakhstan. so I guess thats a good one to see some Kazakhstani fighters.

Many of those former republics have good wrestlers and judoka so that is why I am asking.
