Rockhold always has such large gaps of time between his fights. He fought for like a total of one minute in 2013!

How does this happen in MMA two top 15 fighters maincarding the event have records of complete novices 10-2 vs 12-3....and ones 29 the others 33....my god its like they never fight.

Kinda surprised Rockhold is such a big favorite, I think he has the slight edge but Phillipou is a live dog here and will probably have good odds in vegas.

I think the odds are mostly based on Philippou's last fight against Carmont. He got dominated on the ground and couldn't stay upright the whole fight.

Rockhold will finish Costa in under 3 rounds, submission or knockout whatever he wants. Probably going to go Rockhold round 2/3 Submission on my pick. This is a guy who beat Jacare and Tim Kennedy, a guy who trains with Cormier and Cain on the regular. I won't forget how he wrecked Jardine the way Mousasi couldn't either.

Rockhold should be able to outwrestle Philippou here. Costas is a tough bastard and we know he's a great boxer, but I just don't see Rockhold losing again.
