If this was a typical 3 rounder, I feel this would have barnburner written all over it. But both these guys are seasoned vets fighting for possibly 5 rounds. Think they'll surprise us and make this a much more technical fight.

This is a crazy fight, and I'm not exactly sure who I want to win. Hendricks is one of my favorite fighters, but at the same time Lawler is too. I honestly think the new and improved high fight IQ Hendricks that showed up for the GSP fight is going to be too much for anyone else in the welterweight division, especially if he doesn't coast as much this time. He could definitely KO Lawler, but I think a grueling 5 round decision that mixes striking with takedowns and top control will be the story here.
