Its a repost but at least the Original is on page 2 and not two below like some people repost :p
And Jones and Mir are training partners so i'm sure they were playing. But I think Jones would get beat by a few of the top 10 HWs so it might not be far from how a fight would go.

If my buddy and I had a few drinks and were horsing around, I'm not going to sprawl on him if he tries to take me down. I dont think that video is any indication of how a potential fight would go.
