I normally don't talk too much baseball because I'm a Royals fan, haha.. but they have a chance for the playoffs! 8 games left, and they are 3 games behind. They are playing the Texas Rangers tonight and tomorrow (and defeated them yesterday). The Rangers are 2 games ahead of the Royals and in the wild card race as well. Beating them today and tomorrow would tie them up with them, then give them 6 games against the last place White Sox. It's going to be a close race in the American League.

Was at a BWW tonight, and a couple walked in and sat down at the bar next to where i was. They had Tigers gear on, then i overheard them saying they left the game after they started losing. Highlight of my night was seeing the Tigers come back from 6-0 down and win in extras...and that is why you never leave the game early. *********s.

After Barry Bonds retired I kind of lost interest, but but also it was around the time I started becoming an adult and didn't have all summer to do nothing but watch baseball.

Our starting lineup is iffy too but can be good. Morse is a great addition if he can get back 09-12 form but has to fight for time with Belt, Pagan is solid, Posey of course is a MVP candidate, Scutaro is hurt and old so he's a big question mark, and Blanco, Crawford, and Belt have started to grow into their potential.
We should be playoff contenders but the West is getting deeper and deeper (expecting the whole division to be around .500 or better), Dodgers are still lulzy though with all those huge contracts. Going to be another season of close close games and hopefully playoff race for us looks like.
