Do you guys treat this ranking as an All-Time favorites list or more of a current list?
I kind of use it as both and mix the guys in there

Current and All-Time is kind of the same for me. I think the first event I saw was UFC 46. Years down the road it will probably be a mix.

I rank them in order of my favorite fighters to watch. More of an all-time list though.

The main reason I'm asking is cause Couture is my #1 and if he's not fighting anymore I suppose I can drop him...And honestly JDS would probably move to #1 right now...It'll probably be a few months until I actually make the change, but it's something I'm considering

I will definitely have a mix. I don't see anyone ever passing GSP since he was the first fighter I saw/liked, I'll always have him as #1. It'll be tough to pass Faber as well.

Tough call Soccer Kick. I don't think I'll ever move Anderson from 1 on my list. However, It depends on what happens on the next ten years. It won't be easy to Surpass someone like Anderson because he's let us witness so many epic moments.

All-time favorites. But if GSP starts dissing people he's coming off my list.(But that's never going to happen)

A mixture of both for me as well.  Another interesting question about this ranking list would be:  Do you base your rankings and how much you like a fighter on his fights, his persona, his character, all of the above?

I base mine on a mixture of talent, fights and class.  Randy isn't on my list right now b/c of how he handled the last few years of his contract.  It really irked me, but if I was basing them soley on fights, he would def at the top.  I think Rich brings it every time, win or lose, and you just can not find a classier guy in and out of the cage.  I've been following Cowboy since the Tapout crew found him years ago.  I saw the episode and have loved him ever since.

Contract stuff has 2 sides to every story and is somewhere in between...I don't have a huge issue with guys trying to get more when they're the best at what they do...It's no different then me wanting a raise at work, but they tend to have more leverage then I do!

Not the $ part.. the acting part and the Brett Favre waffling.
