After seeing the #1 pound-for-pound fighter go down last weekend in an upset, is it possible for the #4 ranked Jose Aldo to lose his championship at the hands of the Korean Zombie on August 3rd at UFC 163?

If KZ can survive the first three rounds, he can take it. Aldo has shown signs of fatigue in some UFC fights in later rounds, while KZ looked great versus Poirier in the fourth round.

If the truth be told, Zombie gets tagged a lot + Aldo doesn't tag you he KTFO's you = Zombie loses. Violently.

That being said, Zombie, 5th round sub *drops mic* *walks out* :)

I ****** love KZ, but let me put it this way, if George Roop can knock him out, so can Aldo.

I see Aldo ending this one before the end of 5 rounds. I like Jung but Aldo is way to much for him.

KZ is pretty confident he can win. I doubt it but anything can happen in a fight.

Short answer to thread question: No.

Long answer to thread question: No...dumbass.

People bring up Korean Zombie's only chance being in the later rounds when Aldo's notorious stamina makes him fade...have you people actually ever watched a Zombie fight before? Do you people EVEN KNOW WHO HE IS?

THERE IS A ******* REASON WHY HE'S CALLED THE KOREAN ZOMBIE...it's 'cause HE FIGHTS LIKE A ******* ZOMBIE. Zombie's lethargic, slow, plodding, always-on-the-offense and he takes 5 punches to throw one because he can. Talking about Aldo's cardio issue in a fight against KZ is like talking about how Johny Hendricks' wrestling will be the reason why he beats GSP.

If Johny Hendricks is unable to stuff a GSP double leg for 5 rounds he loses, if he's able to stop it long enough to land one of those bricks in his left hand he has a chance. If Hendricks shows up and completely ignores his wrestling background he'll get taken down at will and schooled on the ground.

I disagree with your underestimation of the importance wrestling will play in the GSP/Hendricks fight. Seemed self explanatory.

Poor child, who said I was underestimating the importance of wrestling in the GSP/Hendricks fight? I never said stamina wasn't a big factor in the Aldo/KZ fight, and then I went and I directly compared the stamina factor in the Aldo/KZ fight with the wrestling in the GSP/Hendricks fight...see what happens with people assume? Poor child.
