If Gus wants to box, he will have a hard time to close the distance, getting inside of Jones punching range => not good
I don't really see a way Gus can win this... sorry to say that. He's not a scrapper to push Jones against the cage and keep him there, he doesn't have the Jits to sub Jones, and I dont think he could outpoint Jon..

I see where you coming from I also wanted him to fight one more time against a good wrestler but on the other hand I think Gustafsson has earned his shot, he might not be the best fighter Jones has fought but let´s face it Jones hasn´t been taking out elite competition exactly, aside Machida he fought a MW Belfort who almost finishes him btw, an out of shape past his prime Rua a lazy ass and careless Rampage and Rashad who we can clearly see is not at his best and yet he carrried him to a UD. I´m not saying Jones isn´t good by all means, but I´m glad he got matched against new blood who has already proven himself. at least I hope we can watch a competitive match

It's one thing to want Gus to win and it's another to actually think he will. Like I offered in a different thread for anyone who wants a sig/av bet I'll take it. Bones finishes Gus and makes it look rather easy.
