Lots of good tid-bits in there.

I have to admit, I haven't enjoyed one of Swick's fights since he dropped to 170lbs, but after speaking with him personally and learning more about his issues, I sincerely hope he makes a full recovery and gets back to a healthy and strong weight so he can enjoy his life more and compete at a higher level. Would love to see a rematch with hardy with a strong, heavier Swick.

Very true.

I've been just as guilty as the next guy, but it's important for fans to stop and think about the very real stuggles--both physical and otherwise--many fighters go through before putting their bodies on the line for our entertainment...and for some $$$ :)
