Especially when most states have an auto 5 year sentence for a crime w/ a gun. A little off don't you think... whether you agree w/ marijuana or not.
EDIT: When I say crime w/ a gun, I obviously don't mean murdering/injuring... I mean any crime that involves a gun (minus bodily injury).. unless your P. Burress. (lol)

Rosenthal always seemed like a chillllllllllllllllllllllllll guy. One of the best refs imo. The law system sucks though. Way too much time for drugs... violent offenses should be where you get the serious time for.
